“I’ve tried different career paths like IT , events, and sales, but none of them really made me feel satisfied. I always felt like something was missing and kept looking for something I could truly connect with. That’s when I decided to give hospitality a try, even though it was completely new for me.

Since I didn’t have any experience, the only role I could get was in housekeeping at a 4-star property in Coorg. I took it up anyway, just to get my foot in the door. During that time, I focused not just on the work, but also on how I interacted with people around me.

Within a month, the General Manager noticed me and appreciated the way I connected with others. Seeing that potential, I was moved to the Front Office as a Front Office Executive in my second month. That moment really felt like things were finally falling into place for me.

It made me realize that even if you start small , things can work out if you stay genuine and put in the effort. That experience showed me that this is where I belong.

It may have been a small start, but it meant a lot to me. Going forward, I want to keep growing in roles where I can make a real difference—especially for people who feel stuck, helpless, or just need someone to support them in real life. where in career i can solve real life problem and make somebody's day better and just the joy on their faces gives a satisfaction.”
