I do what I do because I’ve seen too many women do everything right and still feel like they’re falling behind. My work—whether at LinkedIn, in DEI spaces, or through Zubaan—is my way of making sense of that gap, and trying to close it. I care about the systems, but I care more about the women navigating them every day. This isn’t abstract for me—it’s conversations, trade-offs, quiet frustrations, and small wins. I do it because I don’t know how not to.
